In a fit of beautiful madness I decided to post some of the music I've been working fervently over the past year. Mostly it's ethereal, dark and ironic, with a lot of idm and trip hop influence. The project is currently called Epic Lifestyle. Current and future work is moving most decidedly toward ethereal goth...but for now:

Bay Area producers? Female vocalists? Keyboardists? Bassists? Genius darklings? Anyone wanna play? Or simply advise?

There are 3 songs here (raw laptop productions at this point) and 13 songs total; all be adding more to my website soon.

Hekate's blessings,

Saeth

These are really nice tracks, Andra.

Also, assuming that it is your voice in the spoken word piece and the one with vocals, you really don't need a vocalist.................
sing them yourself...............you have a nice voice!

These tracks without vocals just sound like they need lyrics and some heartfelt singing on them, so I'd go ahead and finish them
up. I think if the body of work is finished that you'll have a better chance attracting people to help you manifest it
live if that's what you want to do.

I know also, that in Santa Cruz , where I live, that there are a half a dozen women in the goth scene who are good vocalists who'd give their eye teeth to work with you on something.

Are you hip to John Zorko's work as Falling You? It's really beautiful dark ambient stuff and he has worked with several female singers
from Santa Cruz and the Bay Area over the years with very successful results.

Another thought, too about manifesting them.

I don't know how hip you are to live looping techniques, but with programs like Ableton's Live < Garage Band and Acid Pro you can
run drum loops and layer keyboard bass and synth parts over the top in realtime as solo artist with impunity.

It's amazing how many of the successful goth/synth goth/EBM acts are one person projects................I'd say most of them really.

You obviously have a vision and a set of themes you want to finish. I'd encourage you to finish these tunes yourself
while you wait for people to come join you.

Best of luck with it all.

    yours, Rick
